Sketch Thursday - May 28th 2009

Welcome to our second Sketch Thursday. Hopefully, last week's sketch inspired you to dig out some photos and pop them on a no-brain-drain page. :) Remember, we'd love to see what you do with the sketches.

New arrivals- Crate Paper

We've gotten in two of Crate Paper's newest- Lilian, an adorable girly line, and Orbit, an out of this world boy line. We have the papers in open stock and in kits and we have the glittered die cut embellishments to coordinate. Crate Paper has some of the most decadent texture of all the papers out there. It's almost velvety. :) Needless to say, this makes it wonderful for cards and papercrafting.

Introducing Sketch Thursdays!

Welcome to the very first ever in what will hopefully be a long line of Sketch Thursdays.

What is Sketch Thursday, you ask? It's where we share a sketch with our wonderful Blog readers, show them a sample of what we did with it, and invite them to create their own interpretations of the sketch. We'll even share what other readers do, if they email us images.

So- Here's your challenge, should you choose to accept it. Create a brag worthy page using the sketch above. With so many companies jumping on the die-cut-paper bandwagon, there are a TON of options besides the pseudo-bracket looking paper.
Look at all the journaling room on this layout! If you're like me, journaling is a HUGE part of the scrapbooking experience. I know i won't remember all the important stuff 10 years from now. I can hardly remember my to-do list! If journaling isn't your thing, you can always put more photos there, embellishments or something. BE CREATIVE!!!

New Memory Box Stamps

Look at these adorable new stamps from Memory Box! Sue will be using some of these stamps in her upcoming classes, so if you love these as much as we do, you'll want to make sure you don't miss her classes!

We got in all the little pearls and rhinestones, the printed papers and the card bases too. we do what we can to make sure it's a snap to reproduce the samples or make similar ones. :)

QuicKutz New Release- Special Occasion Shapes

Quickutz' newest release is all about the special occasions that this time of year just seems to be full of. Formals, Weddings, engagements, and all that Jazz! Memorial Day Hours & Make-n-Take info

Just a reminder that our Holiday hours are in effect for Monday, May 25th. We will be open from 10am to 4pm.

Also, we will not have Monday Make-n-takes on any holiday, including this Monday, Memorial Day. We appreciate your understanding. :) Make-n-Takes will resume on Monday, June 1st!

Sunday Summer Hours

Beginning Sunday, May 24 our hours for Sundays will change to: 1pm to 6pm.

We hope this change will allow everyone more time and flexibility (and it doesn't hurt that the sun stays out until like 8pm!)
