New Arrivals! Very Image Intensive!

We have gotten in so many new stamps and new stamp companies in the last week, I'm not sure i can keep track! Verses stamps are shown here (with Memory Box's Shamrock in the middle). These are beautiful quotes suitable for both the inside and outside of handcrafted cards. Many are great for scrapbook pages as well.

Memory Box's newest release is just gorgeous! The soft colors of spring are beautifully reflected in the note cards and envelopes that coordinate with their newest paper pack- Frond.

Our Craft Lounge is a completely new company for us (as is Unity Stamp Company-not shown). Their cling rubber stamps give the nice crisp impressions that we love without the bulk of the wood block. Use these with your favorite acrylic block and store them neatly in a small binder when done!

Also from Our Craft Lounge- Sparkly Fluff! 14 different colors means you'll always have what you need for every project.

Speaking of color variety- we got the 24 newest colors of Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist in too! Many of these are Limited Edition colors that won't be around for long. The new Heidi Swapp colors were part of this release also. We are still waiting on our Glitz and Glam as well as the new stamps and screens, but there are some hot colors here that you'll want to snatch up now. Electric Blue has me dreaming of sunny beaches, which with the cold weather we're having again, it's a nice escape!

My Mind's Eye's newest rack program is Quite Contrary and is my favorite yet! With the wonderful mix of vintage colors and fresh patterns, it makes me think of one of my favorite companies- Cosmo Cricket! But My Mind's Eye has made it their own with adorable little owls and graceful butterflies and of course, our favorite part- all the coordinating goodies!

Their Lil' Robots line is another great release. Great colors for those big guys in your family as well as the little tykes. Robots are all the rage right now, but you don't have to use them just for guy pages. The stripes, gears and dots are just really good neutral papers for card makers too!

MME's Lush Program is just as classy as their Lil Robots line is fun! With perfectly coordinated ribbon, brads and chipboard alphas, these papers are prefect for wedding albums, shower books, invitations and more! Anywhere you need something luxe and timeless, these papers have you covered!

Our storage section is all new with releases from Creative Options in their new Vineyard color palette and new totes and organizers from NeatNix.

Making Memories new Flutter line is SO Spring! Bright colors, fun floral patterns and great embellishments make this line great for lifting your scrapbooking spirits!

Our Vintage junkies will love the three new lines from Graphic45- A Proper Gentleman, Le Romantique, and A Day at the Boardwalk. These double sided papers have so many design options and we have two die cut sheets that coordinate with each design. New from them- 8x8 and 12x12 paper packs! The 8x8 are great because the prints are scaled down so that even the large pictorial designs can be used on cards.

FlowerSoft UltraFine is here and the colors really fill in the blanks for nice neutral tones. The Regular FlowerSoft has been restocked in all the colors available so we have everything you need to create gorgeous cards with 3-D flair! New card bases, window sheets and stamps also arrived.

Finally, GCD Studio's newest two lines- Paris Nights and Ella Blue are simply breath taking! Paris Nights has champagne and rich black for a very elegant look. Flocked brocades, shimmer stripes and vintage collage make it ideal for formal pages. Ella Blue's rich combination of soft blue and deep chocolate along with floral prints would be perfect for heritage pages.

New Product!!

We've gotten a ton of new stuff in! Creative Options came in today along with Karen Foster, but I haven't been able to get good photos of those things yet (not that these are great- winter lightning combined with fluorescents creates some interesting photo challenges!)

7Gypsies' newest paper line, Venice, has one of the prettiest palettes I've seen so far. Cream, black, salmon and celadon make for a striking combination. Paired with timeless patterns and subtle distressing, these papers will look just as much at home in a heritage style album as they will in an altered art creation.

Reminisce came out with MANY new lines- Shown here- St Patricks Day, a vintage styled Easter (that would work good for baby pages too) and a very versatile line called "Unwritten" that has a really nice color palette.

Reminisce Disney papers. Matching stickers also came in.

Reminisce's Real Sports Line is VERY cool, with three styles of stickers, at least two specality papers (the die cut shapes are REALLY cool- great for decorating a boy's room), a double sided print paper, and one 12x12 sticker sheet

Their graduation line includes a 2010 paper (that would be good for New Years photos too!) a basic stripe and the very popular Peace Sign (it's on *everything* these days from clothes to cars!) It coordinates with last year's papers too, so if you want a little more luxe, we still have a few of the flocked sheets. There were two sticker sheets and matching cap/tassel seals.

Also new- Glitter Factory! This is a vibrant glossy glitter cardstock with minimal shed. In great, basic colors, this paper compliments our other glitter offerings.

Also new, but not shown- their Great Outdoors line that has a ton of camping, hiking, outdoorsy type stuff. Lots of matching sticker embellishments and 12 papers!

New from Little Yellow Bicycle- Generation Z and Lucky Me!
The Generation Z is a quintessential boy line with patterns that are timeless yet trendy. Many of the colors are ones that a very popular in guy's fashion right now, with a distressed look that adds that little bit of rebelliousness. :) The Lucky Me line has some great patterns and color combos that will go well beyond just St Patrick's day layouts. The foiled papers are just gorgeous!

Best Creation Inc's newest include a wedding line, a 'transportation' line and a princess line. But as you can see from the picture, many of these papers can be used for multiple applications.

New book arrivals- Delight in the Details, The Artistic Mother, Secrets of Rusty Things, Book + Art and Creative Time and Space.

Closing Early on account of weather

Hey - hope everyone is enjoying their snow day (4th one this year!!! WOW!). Get out there and snap some pictures to scrapbook!

Here in Bartlett, they're predicting sleet/rain/snow in the afternoon, so we're going to close at 4pm . Better to be safe than sorry and I would hate it if something happened to a customer or employee because they were out on the roads and they were a little icy.

Keep an eye on our Facebook and Blog for tomorrow's hours. They're predicting more of the same and the temperature is supposed to be lower tomorrow than today, so ice is a definite possibility.

Share those photos on Facebook! Hopefully, I'll be out taking some of my own tomorrow. Maybe I'll get out of bed super early and get some sunrise on the snow pics. We'll see what the cats think about that!

Take care!
Brandy

Pre-orders for CHA releases!

We are taking pre-orders for some of the CHA releases that are going to be HOT HOT HOT!!
Tim Holtz Sizzix dies and embossing folders- these are AWESOME!!! Click on the link above to see the entire offering. Be sure to write down the names of the ones you want for the pre-order! Bring in your list, call or email.

The Dauber Box holds 40 fingertip daubers. It has two slide clasps to keep the contents secure. At 7.5” x 4.75” x 1.5”, it easily slides into your kit and goes anywhere you need it to. These boxes have been highly requested and we have searched high and low to find them for you!

This is the new tote from Creative Options! Designed with the safe and easy transportation of the Epic 6 in mind! Many people have said that the Epic would be perfect if it had a case like the Revolution. Well- now it can be! The tote has room for the platforms, mats and even tools and dies! And with Creative Options new color palette of rich tones, this is one stylish storage solution!

Here's an image of the new Scor-Buddy (on top of the original Scor-Pal). This is a great size for slipping down into your Totally Cool Tote for classes or cropping. Never be without your favorite tool again!

And I don't have an image for the very cool new wallet from Copic, but it's like the ones we carried before (which they're bringing back due to popular demand!) BUT- it is the size of a 24 marker folder, carries **72** and has a convenient shoulder strap! If you struggle with a convenient way to carry your markers to and from class that allows you to see all of them at once, this is the solution! (we *love* the acrylic boxes, but carrying them around is the pits!)
