Shelley Read was kind enough to provide me with the photos she took at Scrap Pink on Saturday September 27th. There was a paper doll contest and I'll have to find out who won, but there are photos of all the submissions. Some really great ideas ladies!

Here's the slide show! A HUGE thank you to everyone who participated!

Just in today!

BasicGrey's chipboard alphabets and letters arrived today- they're Dark Chocolate, Milk chocolate and White Chocolate. :) I'm a sucker for anything chocolate.. We also got in the Offbeat and Ambrosia clear stamps from BasicGrey. they're pretty cool- especially the Ambrosia, but then again, that's one of my favorite releases from them.

Memory Box's newest collection is lovely, as always, and is winter holiday themed. There are 3 new 6x6 paper pads that have some really great designs and are a steal at only $4.99 a pack! Be sure to click on the image to get a better view.

GCD Studios is a brand new company and this is their first shipment to us- their winter line is very classy and it's shimmer paper. All these are double sided papers that have a linen feel to them that really reminds me of Chatterbox. They would be wonderful for Iris Folding!

My Mind's Eye, Impression Obsession, DCWV and more!

The first part of the slide show is all the new sets from My Mind's Eye's Laundry Line collection. Just Dreamy 2 also came in from them as well as both their Halloween and both their winter lines. What's really special about their Laundry Line release is that it also has matching clear stamps and coordinating ink pads! And the paper is glittered. :)

We also got in tons of new punches- Christmas and Seal of Approval punches from Fiskars, three leaf punches from Marvy Uchida and some new seasonal shapes from EK Success.

The new QuicKutz release hit the shelves today- you can see them all much better on their website than my failing little camera can do. These are expected to go quick because QuicKutz is already sold out of many of them and they have said that once they're gone, they're gone. Seasonal dies will be 'limited edition' of sorts from them from now on- new ones will be released every year, and they've discontinued all the Halloween, Thanksgiving, winter and Christmas dies that they had out before.

We got all the Impression Obsession stamps back in that many of you have been waiting on. Inkadinkado holiday stamps have also been reordered and arrived. Their collection this year just begs to be glitter embossed with its trails of snowflakes and swirls.

DCWV's new line joins the cupcake bandwagon and it is very cute- lots of options- birthday, tea party, girls, sisters, friends.. it's just a fun, happy line.

New Goodies- Friday 9/12

KI Memories Sheers, Heidi Grace & Fancy Pants

KI Memories new Sheers are really NEAT. They're a light weight vinyl with printing and the edges are *shaped*. I can see some totally awesome holiday or party table layouts and decorations done with these. Someone jokingly called them place mats (because of the material) but I would *absolutely LOVE* to do a spread with these as my place mats, with stamped place cards , ribbon on the glasses and some coordinating paper crafted centerpieces. (I just wish there was a Halloween one because then I could use Danielle's Haunted Topiary as my centerpiece! Although that black swirl could be Halloween...)

And speaking of Halloween, the papers missing from our last Heidi Grace shipment arrived and they are **SO** worth the wait! Heidi Grace is one of my all time favorite papers and I think her Halloween line is going to be my favorite again this year- it doesn't hurt at all that it's purple!

Also, the rest of Regan's Closet arrived and i have to say, this is a line that quickly became a favorite- I mean, I liked it when the regular cardstock papers arrived, but now, it's "WOW!". It's amazing how differently you see the papers when they're all together. The Shimmer Flocked Argyle is so pretty and would make some really awesome cards. The colors are soft enough that these papers could be for baby pages, announcements, thank yous, but are also bright and fresh enough that they could be anything else as well!

And finally, Fancy Pants- long awaited! (the 8x8 paper pads are SUPER cool) The top two rows are the Holiday paper and they are so deliciously rich! New clear glittered embellishments arrived also (they just don't photograph well- maybe they're shy!) The Daily Grind is in the next two rows and it is just a great line for pretty much anything! Starbucks mornings with your girlfriends, coworker gatherings, life in general... it's very versatile. (if you look on their blog missfancypants.typepad.com you'll see all sorts of inspiration) And finally, the bottom two rows are All Fall. There is an inspirational quote page that has some really nice stuff on it- some of my favorite quotes- perfect for pages *and* cards. Nice, rich fall colors, but with patterns that are great for Back-to-School, fall carnivals, family gatherings... I just love it when paper can be used for so many different things!

Don't miss Danielle's Back to School Layouts

Last chance to sign up for Danielle's class that is this Thursday at 6:30pm.

You'll create photo ready layouts that really make the grade! Use the newest papers from companies like KI Memories, Reminisce, Die Cuts with a View and more!

Call 901-377-0730 and sign up now! If you have school age children (or need to get caught up on pages from when your kids were little) then you *need* this class!

October Afternoon, New Halloween

We received October Afternoon's Hometown line and 4 sets of clear stamps. Their other lines are on the way- including NightLight and Good Cheer!

New Halloween paper arrived from Cloud 9 Design, Heidi Grace, and Little Yellow Bicycle. We also received a re-order of Making Memories' Spellbound papers! It's a little hard to see in the photo, but the Little Yellow Bicycle paper has flocking and the Cloud 9 has glitter/luster embossing! They're very cool papers! We expect to receive more Heidi Grace Halloween papers soon too.

Last week's goodies!

It was a busy week! We got in all sorts of new goodies from Maya Road, Scenic Route, Creative Imaginations, QuicKutz, Sassafras Lass, Hero Arts, Stampendous, My Little Shoebox, Die Cuts with a View... TONS of new Christmas and Holiday stamps, new Halloween, it's coming out our ears!

Also, last week was our QuicKutz Event where we had Kris from Quickutz come out and show off new product, stuff that will be coming out and he did a Q&A session where he also collected people's suggestions and ideas to take back to QK R&D.

So- rather than bombard you with a whole line of photos, i created a Slide show of the new product that came in last week. :) The Quickutz new releases aren't on here because i didn't get a photo of them before we sold out of half the new shapes, but don't worry- the reorder is already put in and should be on its way. :)
