Letterpress Starter Kits available NOW

The long awaited QuicKutz/Lifestyle Craft Letterpress Starter Kit has arrived! If you haven't seen how this works, we *do* have a demo unit in the store and would be more than happy to show you. The best thing that I've discovered while playing with it is that you don't have to use the slow drying Letterpress inks with it. It works beautifully with regular pigment inks! What's even better than the reduced drying time and the acid free aspect- if you're stamping as well as debossing on a project, your colors will match!

The ability to use other inks with this is what really makes it a great tool for any card maker! I've experimented with several ink types and each gives different results, but pigment inks mimic the Letterpress inks almost perfectly. We only received 4 of these, so if you want one, don't delay!

Valentine's Arrivals

Love is in the air! It's that time already- crazy huh? Seems like we were all just getting ready for the holiday season to begin, thinking about Thanksgiving and the New Year seeming far away! Well, it's almost time for Valentine's Day and it will be here before you know it. Time to get started on those cards and gifts for the special people in your life.

We've gotten in quite a few new lines to help you out with that, too!

A lovely line from Little Yellow Bicycle, these are double sided shimmer papers, some accented with foil and glitter. There are several patterns that are just perfect for card makers and some that can be used for non-Valentine creations as well.
Both of the images above are Best Creations' newest line. The papers are double sided and on side is embellished with no flake glitter! They're great papers for both card makers and scrapbookers and are sure to go fast! (Best Creations always seems to fly!)
Probably my favorite so far, Making Memories' papers are a lovely deep chocolate, cream, pink and burgundy. The embellishments have a charming vintage feel to them, but accents like foil make sure they are snazzy and up to date! These papers are also double sided (except for the specialty papers) and there are many to choose from

The new arrival from Imaginisce isn't Valentines, but it's bright colors and fun patterns are sure to bring a smile to your face and remind you that spring is going to be here soon. (Hard to believe with it being in the 20's outside!) These papers are double sided and are cardstock weight.

Calendar Kit- available Friday

For those that have pre-paid for the Monthly Calendar Kit, February will be available for pick up on Friday, January 8th.

It's not too late to sign up for coming months! If you missed out on January and February, we can help you put something together and you can start getting the Calendar Kit with March (our monthly page kit is also a two-page layout. You could always use it as well!)
