Card Kit
June's
card kit is a little bit shabby and a little bit chic! Featuring papers by
Prima, My Mind's Eye, Glitz and Pebbles, three of the shabby chic cards utilize
a tag sheet by My Mind's Eye. The best part about this tag sheet is you receive
the entire piece, so you can customize the cards as needed by using different
pieces from it. You'll also receive an entire package of Kaiser Craft pearls,
embellishments from Maya Road, Doodlebug and Imaginisce, and 3-D dimensional
silver stars for the patriotic-looking card (also great for a summer birthday).
Along with the materials needed to create the cards, you'll also receive
detailed instructions and a color photograph of the samples.
Note: Our card kit continues to sell out with a wait list each month.
If you're on our reserved list, you have three days from when we call you to pay
for your kit (either by phone or in store). After three days, any leftover kits
get put on the shelf. If you want one of these "leftover" kits, be sure to come
into the store in a few days or give us a call so we can reserve one for you. If
you'd like to be put on our reserved list permanently, please call and let us
know. You are under no obligation to purchase the kit each
month.

Introduction to
Copics
Saturday, June 2 at 10:30 AM --- $15

Join us to learn a new way to be creative with these long summer days that
are coming.
Enroll in this class and learn about the 358 colors in the Copic library. You
will love how easy Copic Markers are to use and the professional results you can
achieve! In this Introduction to Copic Markers class, Mary teaches the basics of
caring for your markers, explains the Copic color system and how to select the
best papers and inks to use with your markers. Class participants learn basic
techniques in order to blend and shade effortlessly. Introduction to Copic
Markers is perfect for those curious about this great coloring product and for
those wanting to try markers before making a purchase. You will leave class with
two completed cards and the ability to create more. Please note: You
will need to bring your basic tool kit to class.

Saturday Night Layouts (SNL)
Saturday, June 2 from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM -- $29

Brought to you live from Eclectica Scrapbooks & Stamps, it's Saturday
Night Layouts!! For this special night we bring you two of our very talented
scrapbook instructors, Chelsea & Rhonda. No holding back here, these girls
have got talent and you will be amazed at the layouts and ideas you leave class
with.You will be taking a small break, so be sure and bring yourself a snack to
keep your energy level going! Themes this month include: 100% Fun, Special
Occasion, Simply Us, Zoo, You’re My Hero, and Happy Birthday. You will leave
class with 2 double page layouts and 4 single page layouts completed and ready
to add your photos. Please note: Your basic tool kit is needed for
class, as well as pop dots and glue dots.
***This was such a popular class that it has been a sold out for
the last couple of months. Sign up EARLY so you will not miss it! The class is
limited to 16 students. This class will be closing
sign-ups 48 hours in advance to ensure proper prep time. Once
the class has closed, we will no longer accept sign-ups. No

Cards with Copics – All New
Cards!
Sunday, June 10 at 2:00 PM -- $16

After completing the Introduction to Copics (or an equivalent class) you will
find this class enjoyable and the perfect way to increase your Copic skills! You
will be able to practice the techniques that you learned in the Intro class as
you learn new shading and blending techniques to use to enhance your creativity.
Even though this is a monthly class, you will make two different cards each
month. One of the cards this month will use a Northwood's bird stamp.
Please note: Your basic tool kit is needed for class. A list of Copic
markers to be used in class will be available after June 1 for those
participants who choose to bring their own.
Scrapbooking 101
Monday, June 11 at 6:30 PM --- $10
Instructor: Jodi
Are you intrigued by the scrapbooking phenomena? Do you want to see if it is
right for you before you take the plunge? This class offers everything you need
to know to get started scrapbooking. This class covers the basics – tools,
adhesives, albums, etc. We will let you test drive different tools and adhesives
so you can make an informed decision when you invest in the things you need to
make your memories last forever. Bring 4-6 photos of any one event or
theme and we’ll walk you through your first 12x12 layout.
Holly Berry Cards
Saturday, June 16 at 1:30 PM -- $25
Instructor: Mary
Join Mary as she helps you create three, 3-D cards using Holly Berry House's
stamps. While they may look complicated, these cards are easily created by
cutting and layering each section of the stamp. These medallions could also be
made as ornaments, tags, package toppers. Please note: Along with your
basic tool kit, please bring precision cutting scissors and double-sided foam
tape or pop dots. This is a workshop length class.
Girl Wisdom Envelope Mini
Album
Wednesday, June 20 at 10:30 AM -- $30
Instructor: Marsha
Join Marsha in making this beautiful envelope album with hidden hinges. You
will be impressed with the many pockets and pages for your journaling and
photos. The theme is “Girl Wisdom” with lots of quotes pertaining to the wisdom
of women. Marsha will be using the new Graphic 45 paper, Ladies Diary. Each
student will receive an 8 X 8 paper pad. Please note: Your basic tool
kit is needed for class. This is a workshop length class limited to 10 students.
Crafters of all skill levels are welcome!
12-Hour Pizza Crop
Saturday, June 23 from 10AM – 10PM -- $15
Join in us for our 12- hour pizza crop! We will be serving pizza for dinner
and there will be plenty of soda and candy as well. You’ll have 12 hours of
uninterrupted cropping. Bring all your supplies and we will provide you with
plenty of working space, as well as use of our die cut center.You don’t have to
be a scrapbooker to enjoy our crops. Bring your stamping and paper arts supplies
and enjoy 12 hours of creative time. Drawings for prizes too!

Altered Serving
Tray
Saturday, June 30 at 10:30 AM -- $26
Instructor: Tara
Looking for the perfect tray for that dresser or ottoman to hold your tea cup
or candles? Well, Tara will teach you to alter a 12x10 serving tray in beautiful
neutral tones perfect for any home decor. This class will be full of techniques
including stamping and a flower or two! This will be a workshop length
class. Along with your basic tool kit, be sure to bring brown ink, a paint brush
or sponge brush, and micro tip scissors. |
